Job summary

NexBridge Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop and implement automation solutions across manufacturing processes.

The role focuses on integrating systems with injection moulding machines, assembly equipment and testing devices to improve productivity and quality. You will program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and robotics from brands like Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB or Epson, and collaborate with Process/Manufacturing Engineering to optimise cycle times and reduce

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs and automation control systems.
• Experience with injection moulding automation an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Integrate automation systems with moulding machines, conveyors, vision systems and testing equipment.
• Program, modify and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and motion control systems.
• Lead or support continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and rejects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for installation, commissioning and upgrades.
