A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to assist in identifying business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting market research, and managing customer records in Salesforce. The role offers a salary range of $4,000 – $5,000 plus annual leave. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Assist Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads
Maintain client relationships through follow‑ups and communication
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
Manage customer records and waste profiling data in Salesforce
Stay updated on NEA and Basel Convention regulations
Assist with SDS, waste profiling, and technical documentation
Provide admin support for meetings, audits, and site visits
Uphold safety standards and ethical conduct
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
Excellent communication, customer service, and coordination skills
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Detail‑oriented with good time management and CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
Self‑driven, ethical, and collaborative team player
No prior experience in waste management required, comprehensive training will be provided.
Others:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Transport Provided: Company transport available from Boon Lay MRT and Choa Chu Kang MRT
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Annual Leave: 18 days
