Job summary

A specialist in crane services is seeking a sales support professional in Singapore. This role involves assisting in daily operations, issuing purchase orders, managing deliveries, and ensuring efficient order execution. Ideal candidates will have sales or purchasing experience within marine, port, or construction industries, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a strong responsibility to close customer orders.

Qualifications

  • Previous Sales/Purchasing experience in marine, port, or construction industries is an advantage.
  • Interest in learning about hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical parts is required.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Parts Sales Manager and Sales Executives in daily operations.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers locally and overseas.
  • Manage local deliveries and arrange global shipments.
  • Coordinate between customers, suppliers, warehouse & forwarders for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure cost efficiency in delivery processes.
  • Prepare documents for Quotations, Orders & Shipment.

Our specialized Crane Service Engineers are professionals in their field and are available attend to crane problems throughout the world.

Job Description

Requirements
  • Singaporeans only
  • Previous Sales / Purchasing experience in the marine-, port or construction industry will be added advantage
  • Interested in learning hydraulic, mechanical & electrical parts

  • Able to adapt to and cope within a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, responsible & driven to close Customers orders
