Job summary

A customer service company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle customer inquiries, generate sales documents, and assist sales executives. The ideal applicant should possess good organizational and communication skills, be proficient in both English and Chinese, and have at least a GCE 'O' Level education. Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
  • Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
  • Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities.
  • Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
  • Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
  • Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job.
