A leading Marine Radio Communications firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Team with quotations, orders, invoicing, and e-filing. Candidates must possess proficiency in English and can be new graduates or those with administrative experience. Job Description: As an Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the Sales Team to prepare quotations (RFQs), drafting purchase orders (POs), creating sales orders (SOs), and invoicing, e-filing. Additionally, you’ll learn and be able to utilize Microsoft office applications including Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint and ERP system to streamline communication and sales processes.
