Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding products.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams.
  • Prepare documentation such as quotations and invoices.
  • Arrange delivery and installation of goods.
  • Manage email and WhatsApp communications.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
