About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at SONG CHUAN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. as an Indoor Sales Coordinator. This full-time role based in the Admiralty North Region will see you playing a key part in driving the company's sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the sales activities, ensuring efficient customer service and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Manage inbound and outbound sea shipment and documents. (BL, invoice, packing list, permit, etc.)
  2. Communicating with suppliers, forwarders, and customers.
  3. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  4. Assist with processing orders, / sales orders / Quotation / invoicing and other sales-related operations.
  5. Managing email communication in both English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese Speaking customers.
  6. Inventory/stocktake.
What we’re looking for
  1. ITE / ‘O’ level (SPM) / Diploma, 1 year of experience in related or similar role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers.
  3. Willing to learn and fast learners.
  4. Advance in MS Office.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  6. Training is Provided.
