Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is seeking a sales representative with logistics experience. You will be responsible for sales inquiries, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with various teams to ensure service delivery. Qualifications

  • Working Days: 5.5 days (Saturday WFH)
  • Working hours: 9am – 6pm / 9am - 12pm
Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for clients
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and convert leads into confirmed shipments
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments
  • Maintain sales reports and documentation for internal tracking
  • Support marketing activities such as email campaigns, sales materials, or events
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of logistics services (e.g. freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing)
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
