Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage regular customer accounts
  • Liaise with customers and external departments on deliveries
  • Attend to customer enquiries, Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order
  • Show your ability to persuade clients with grace and deep comprehention of our housebrand products
  • Respond to and handle customer details and phone call
  • Proefficiency inlcudes knowledge of office software and online resources, as well as fundamental computer operations and internet usage
  • Sales and business development
  • Promote and sell company products to new customer
  • Understood customers needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Market research and analysis
  • Sales targets, KPI (with commission) and reporting to the company
  • Customer service and support
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Level & above or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills & task driven
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
  • Willing to learn
  • Have good speaking skills
