  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office floors and surfaces.

  • Wipe down glass surfaces and windows.
  • Dust and clean desks, shelves, and office furniture.

Job description
  • General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office floors, carpets, furniture, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels), and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Trash Disposal: Empty trash bins and replace liners, ensuring waste is disposed of properly and recycling bins are kept clean.
  • Kitchen / Breakroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators, and other kitchen appliances. Refill supplies like coffee, soap, and paper towels as needed.
  • Windows & Glass Cleaning: Wipe down glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors to remove smudges, fingerprints, and dirt.
  • Dusting and Surface Cleaning: Regularly dust and clean desks, shelves, filing cabinets, light fixtures, and other office furniture.
  • Maintain Cleaning Equipment: Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues or shortages to management.
  • Special Requests: Assist with additional cleaning tasks as required, such as preparing for special events or office relocations.
  • Adherence to Health & Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
