Responsibilities and Tasks

• Assist the IQC Engineer in the qualification of new IQC tools.
• Provide support for IQC calibration and preventive maintenance, including raising purchase requisitions to equipment vendors.
• Resolve issues related to IQC equipment to uphold operational efficiency.
• Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and PM systems.
• Establish and uphold SAP QM, eCOA, and IQC SPC for incoming materials.
• Conduct First Article Inspection activities for new materials to determine compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct incoming material inspections for IQC, encompassing HBM materials among others.
