A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a supervisory position in customer service operations. You will lead a team to meet daily KPIs and handle escalations efficiently. Ideal applicants should have a minimum diploma and 2-3 years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and coaching skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. Working Days and Hours: 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday Up to 44 hours per week (based on roster) Ie: 08:30am to 6:00pm / 12:00pm to 9:30pm
