• Respond to incoming enquiries through calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Guide respondents through survey completion, addressing questions and providing clarification as needed
• Conduct survey interviews via phone and assist individuals who require follow-up to complete their responses
• Identify inconsistencies in responses and apply appropriate questioning to clarifyInterpret survey questions and explain their intent to support respondent understanding
• Ensure project timelines and key performance indicators are met
