Job summary

Qualifications

• FMCG industry experience is helpful.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and local dialects.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationship with store personnel under your care, and provide good service level for sales orders and promotion initiatives.
• Perform merchandising activities for both normal and promotional display shelves and ensure price tags are correct and updated
• Negotiate for supermarket space rentals and displays areas
• Execute in-store promotions/campaigns/events as per company's plan
• Provide feedback on stock levels and store operational information
• Ensure stock availability, goods return (damaged/expired) and take orders
• Handle customer complaints and requests
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
