Overview

The Recruitment Director is responsible for leading mid-to-senior level and critical talent acquisition across 10 countries globally, while building a high-performing recruitment team in Singapore. This role ensures strong hiring delivery, talent quality, and strategic growth of the company’s global recruitment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across 10 countries, focusing on mid-senior level roles, technical positions, and other business-critical hires.
  • Directly participate in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, providing strategic recommendations to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, internal databases, industry networks, and social platforms to identify and attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers across different markets to understand talent needs and market dynamics.
  • Lead executive-search style recruitment, including proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies, ensuring high performance and quality of delivery.
  • Establish and build a new recruitment team in Singapore from the ground up, including hiring, training, KPI design, workflow setup, and performance management.
  • Lead the team in delivering regional and global recruitment projects, ensuring efficiency, data transparency, and quality of hires.
  • Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline development) to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR.
  • 5–10 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting, with multinational hiring experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a recruitment team, with a proven ability to build and scale teams from scratch.
  • Strong headhunting capabilities, able to independently identify and engage mid-senior level talent.
  • Solid understanding of APAC or multi-country recruitment trends and talent landscapes; comfortable working across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Highly proactive, commercially aware, and able to accurately understand business and hiring needs.
