We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business & Project Executive to support manpower outsourcing, recruitment, and events operations. This role offers a unique blend of project coordination, client servicing, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and costings for manpower and events projects.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including staffing, onboarding, scheduling, payroll coordination.
  • Support recruitment operations by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for client assignments.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of project timelines and service quality.
  • Participate in planning and execution of manpower requirements during large-scale events, exhibitions, and VIP delegation programs.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including workforce management systems and process improvement efforts.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support management in monitoring operational performance.
  • Source for new business opportunities and support the management in business development efforts from time to time.
Requirements
