Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a law firm or as a legal counsel.
• Must be called to the Singapore bar.
• Experience covering Commodity Trading and M&A works preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal aspects of Singapore law and other applicable laws.
• Lead legal assistance on business development and corporate transactions.
• Manage corporate secretarial compliance and documentation.
• Draft and review internal policies.
