Location: Changi (Shuttle Bus – 2 ways transport)
Job Description
  • Act as single point of contact for Airfreight Import
  • Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments
  • Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively
  • Liaise effectively with different levels of stakeholders like Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales
  • Ensure that customers’ expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
  • Regular Business Review with Customers – MBR or QBR
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior
  • Perform End to End Process which include Billing
  • Follow up with Customer on any Billing Disputes
Job Requirements
  • Able to communicate verbal and written in English language with relevant clients and stakeholders
  • Required to work on Saturday (Twice a Month)
  • Experienced in Airfreight Import
  • Good working attitude
  • Able to work with different levels of stakeholders
  • Able to work on weekends if required
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel for Reporting
