Job Description
- Act as single point of contact for Airfreight Import
- Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments
- Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively
- Liaise effectively with different levels of stakeholders like Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales
- Ensure that customers’ expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
- Regular Business Review with Customers – MBR or QBR
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior
- Perform End to End Process which include Billing
- Follow up with Customer on any Billing Disputes
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate verbal and written in English language with relevant clients and stakeholders
- Required to work on Saturday (Twice a Month)
- Experienced in Airfreight Import
- Good working attitude
- Able to work with different levels of stakeholders
- Able to work on weekends if required
- Able to use Microsoft Excel for Reporting
