Responsibilities

• Assist with the integration of new technologies to enhance team operations.
• Support manpower and asset planning across various business units and accounts.
• Help assess risks associated with different process change strategies.
• Evaluate the costs and benefits of current warehouse operations.
• Contribute to developing and refining operational policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Facility, IT, and Operations) on project activities.
• Support the development of supply chain solutions for clients under guidance.
• Contribute to planning and executing innovative logistics solutions.
• Assist with process automation and technology enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures within operations.
• Track and monitor key milestones in technology projects.
• Assist with activities to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Provide insights for workflow analysis and suggest improvements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in supply chain processes.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of business process improvements.
• Stay updated on logistics technology trends and their potential applications.
• Support the renewal of company certifications and licenses, including ISO audits.
• Assist the Malaysia office with project implementation as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience in planning new projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, Project Plan, Visio, PowerBI).
