Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field required.
• PhD or EdD preferred for higher seniority.
• Graduate-level teaching experience is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in MA Education modules.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials and assessments.
• Mentor and supervise MA thesis projects and capstones.
• Lead and participate in curriculum development activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and Academic Director to ensure program quality.
