Job summary

Pacific Medical Recruitment & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. invites qualified Occupational Therapists for a locum role in a Nursing Home setting in Singapore.

6 months contract with scheduling of at least 3 full days per week and 8 hours per visit, commencing from November 2026. You'll assess, develop and adjust therapy plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient function. Remuneration is hourly with medical malpractice coverage and complimentary access to CPE events

• Develop and implement customized therapy programs to enhance daily functioning.
• Teach patients adaptive techniques and recommend assistive devices.
• Work with families and caregivers to support patient rehabilitation.
• Modify environments (home, school, or workplace) to improve accessibility and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and doctors.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
