Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage trainee challenges and communicate them effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve trainee performance.
• Track attendance to ensure compliance with programme requirements.
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations of trainees.
• Liaise with worksite supervisors to address performance issues.
• Attend required meetings to provide updates on trainee progress.
• Adapt to worksite schedules to oversee trainee activities.
