Job summary

A community service organization in Singapore seeks a Learning Practitioner to drive child-centred learning experiences and academic coaching. You will provide guidance to volunteer mentors, ensuring quality delivery and addressing classroom challenges. Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and learning support for primary school age children.
• At least 3-5 years of related work experience in education.
• Knowledge of instructional design and learning frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted strategies to support children's learning and social-emotional challenges.
• Provide tailored instructional guidance to support children's progress.
• Conduct pre-briefing and debriefing sessions with volunteers.
• Monitor programme fidelity and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
