Job summary

OCBC invites ambitious students to join as a Group Sustainability Intern in Singapore. You will gain exposure to ESG practices within a leading financial institution and support the team with research, data collection, and reporting activities.

You will work closely with stakeholders, manage multiple tasks, and help deliver sustainability initiatives across the bank. This internship offers practical learning and development opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Sustainability Research: study trends, regulations, reporting frameworks relevant to finance.
• Sustainability Data Analysis: collect, consolidate, analyze emissions, energy, and waste data.
• Sustainability Initiatives: assist in implementing ESG projects across OCBC Group.
• Reporting & Communications: help prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder materials.
• Events & Engagement: support sustainability events and training programmes.
• Ad-hoc Projects: assist on various sustainability-related tasks as needed.
