Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Management
- Proactively reach out to prospects through inbound inquiries, referrals, online platforms, and walk-ins.
- Qualify leads based on initial criteria and assess their interest and suitability for Singapore Permanent Residency or Citizenship services.
- Conduct consultations (in person, via phone or online) to explain the application process and how our services add value.
🔹 Sales & Conversion
- Present tailored solutions and guide potential clients through available service packages.
- Effectively address objections and build trust with prospective clients to close deals.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
🔹 Relationship Building
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service in client interactions.
- Nurture long‑term relationships to encourage referrals.
- Act as a liaison between clients and case processing teams to ensure a seamless transition after onboarding.
🔹 Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, consultations, and conversions using internal tracking systems.
🔹 Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the operations teams to align expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and improvement suggestions to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, consultancy, or professional services.
- Must be able to work on Saturday (day off will be given).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling consultations and closing sales independently.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with Singapore Permanent Residency and Citizenship processes (training provided if needed).
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients; additional languages are a plus.
