Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the immigration team and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise and guide team members, ensuring service quality and compliance with immigration policies.
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for immigration-related matters.
• Review and prepare documentation for immigration applications and ensure accuracy.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to maintain service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.

Requirements
