Job summary

TSP The Software Practice in Singapore is seeking an exceptionally motivated Business Analyst intern for Dec 2026 to Jun 2027. The role involves learning quickly, working independently, and supporting the software development lifecycle across requirements, design, development, QA, and deployment.

You will create diagrams, specs, and workflow visuals while collaborating with experienced professionals. Applicants should commit 40 hours/week for a minimum of six months, with strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

Commit to 40 hours per week for at least 6 months.
Demonstrate problem-solving and ability to visualize workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong documentation.
Aptitude for analysis and learning new tech stacks.
Interest in web and mobile applications; BA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Communicate with audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
Document and present findings via workflow diagrams, specs, and other docs.
Conceptualize business processes and visualize them with diagrams and slides.
Manage project timeline and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Support SDLC activities: requirements, development in sprints, QA/testing, deployment.
Create actionable reports showing progress to stakeholders.
Deliverables may include Architecture Diagrams, Cloud hosting setup (AWS/Azure), integrations, performance testing, data migration, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
