Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent practical experience in lighting-related fields.
• Proven experience in lighting design, programming, and operation for live entertainment.
• Experience with Yunpeng Q2B-Q3 lighting systems or similar equipment.
• Strong visual aesthetics and creative lighting design capabilities.
• Solid understanding of music structure and timing in lighting programming.
• Precision in lighting cue programming and show execution.
• Ability to collaborate with VJs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as production schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and execute lighting for live shows and events.
• Coordinate with VJs, technical teams, and performers for synchronization.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lighting equipment; document issues.
• Support setup, running rehearsals, and technical run-throughs.
