Job summary

A leading healthcare staffing agency in Singapore seeks candidates for frontline customer service roles. Responsibilities include assisting doctors and nurses, handling registrations, and patient transport coordination. Candidates should have N/O/A Levels or a Diploma, with a commitment of at least 3 months. Training will be provided for those with less experience. Immediate starters preferred.

• Collection of payments and basic admin duties


• Coordinating with other departments to transport patients

Job Requirements

• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months


• Willing to walk and stand for long hours


• Experience in customer service preferred but not a must as training will be provided


• Office hours, 5.5 days


• Able to start immediately/on short notice
