Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a warehouse associate near Joo Koon MRT in Singapore. The role involves receiving, packing, storing, and preparing goods for shipment with SAP data entries and warehouse operations support.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in warehousing, a valid forklift licence for reach-truck operation, and the ability to travel between two sites if required. Monday to Friday shifts apply with standard working hours.

Qualifications

Able to start work immediately.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
Possess a valid forklift licence and able to operate a reach truck.
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
Able to travel between two work locations when required.

Responsibilities

Receive and check finished goods from the Production team.
Perform packing, wrapping and palletising of finished goods.
Store and arrange goods properly on warehouse racks.
Pick and prepare goods according to picking lists.
Prepare goods for shipment and ensure correct labels are attached according to customer requirements.
Release goods according to Delivery Orders (DO).
Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Operate forklift / reach truck for warehouse operations.
Update stock and warehouse transactions accurately in SAP.
Maintain proper filing of warehouse and shipment records.
Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure proper warehouse space utilisation.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
