Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to manage site operations, paperwork, manpower arrangements, and ensure compliance with WSH requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision and technical coordination for construction and security system projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities.
• Manage project paperwork, permits, and documentation.
• Arrange and oversee manpower deployment on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for execution.
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act, Construction Regulations, and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site experience in construction, M&E, or security systems projects.
• Must be proficient in reading single line drawings and other interior drawings.
• Must be proficient in preparing quotation, invoices and other official documents.
• Valid Class 3C Driving Licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Strong organisational skills for managing paperwork and manpower scheduling.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic AutoCAD.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work long hours if needed as per project requirement.
