Job summary

WECRUIT Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified professional to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with SOPs, radiation safety, and clinical standards in a hospital setting in Singapore.

The role involves patient verification, procedure explanation, image labelling accuracy, QA checks, and adherence to reporting workflows. On-call duties may be required, with emphasis on patient safety and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with approved SOPs and established clinical protocols.
• Verify patient identity, confirm the requested examination, and ensure consent and radiation safety requirements are fulfilled.
• Ensure imaging quality is satisfactory, images are correctly labelled, and the examination is completed before reporting or release to the patient.
• Verify that examination codes entered into the system accurately correspond to the requested imaging procedures.
• Explain imaging procedures and estimated duration to help patients understand what to expect.
• Apply radiation protection measures to minimise unnecessary exposure to patients, staff, and the public.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours duties when required.
• Perform daily equipment quality assurance (QA) checks per manufacturers' recommendations and departmental protocols.
• Carry out other relevant duties assigned by the Director, consistent with professional requirements.
