Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and RAM Engineer to join our defence-focused team in Singapore. You will develop maintenance plans and RAM analyses, coordinating across functions to sustain a complex system.

The role requires building ILS management plans, conducting FMEA/FMECA and reliability studies, and ensuring MIL-standard alignment. Singaporeans only; five-day week at AMK area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project ILS / RAM work preferably in a Defence setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with military standards an advantage.
• 5 day week @ AMK area
• Singaporeans only

Responsibilities

• Apply ILS and RAM methodologies to develop the Maintenance Plan and Technical Manuals for the long-term sustenance of a system being developed.
• Develop and maintain an ILS Management and Configuration Control Plan.
• The ILS scope includes ICL, MEA, LORA, RCM, MP, MAC, STE, SERD, Supply Support List, COTS Acquisition and Management Plan, vendor management, training programme plan and related specs.
• Develop and implement FMEA and FMECA analyses for new System design.
• Analyse the Reliability, Maintainability and Availability of Systems using RAMS principles.
