Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned System Architect to lead maintenance services projects in Singapore. The role focuses on resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring KPI attainment related to orders and revenues.

You will drive continuous service improvements, pursue new business opportunities, and guide staff training. Collaboration with OEMs will advance AI and health monitoring capabilities, building robust SoS competencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as System Architect or lead in system integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of services projects including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ensure attainment of KPIs related to orders and revenues.
• Foster continuous service improvement and customer-centricity within the department.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector.
• Lead staff well-being and plan training programs.
• Spearhead the development of AI and health monitoring capabilities, working with OEMs or others.
• Develop and sustain Systems of Systems (SoS) competencies and onboard new systems.
• Lead cross-Dept/Div/Bu/LOB responses to customer requests and incidents to meet 24/7 readiness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance of services projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.


• To ensure the attainment of KPIs related to orders and revenues.


• To foster continuous service improvement initiatives and customer-centricity within the department.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the maintenance services sector


• Manage the department staff well-being and plan for their training programs


• Spearhead the development of AI and health monitoring capabilities, working with OEM or otherwise.


• Develop and sustain Systems of Systems (SoS) competencies. Establish and build new competencies with induction of new systems.


• Lead cross Dept/Div/Bu/LOB response to customer request and incidents. Ensure recovery times are met to achieve 24/7 readiness requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering


• At least 5 years of proven work experience as System Architect or leadership role in System Integration projects


• Possess strong knowledge in network, cyber security and system integration


• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills


• Strong sense of business acumen


• Certified Systems Engineering Professional is an advantage
