Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned accounting professional for a 6-month contract in Singapore, located at Tanjong Pagar. The role focuses on IFRS compliance, statutory reporting, and coordinating external audits.

You will review financial statements, MD&A materials, and support the Global Medium-Term Note Programme. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in financial reporting/audit, strong IFRS knowledge, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least six years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit or technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in statutory financial reporting and external audit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review annual financial statements for IFRS compliance.
• Coordinate audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors.
• Review financial reporting inputs for MD&A, Financial Results and Audit Committee reports.
• Oversee documentation for audit procedures and review XBRL filings.
• Prepare materials for the Global Medium-Term Note Programme.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial reports and management reporting.
• Review credit rating reports, lease rental computations and key financial metrics.
• Provide financial reporting support to internal stakeholders, including Treasury.
• Support other accounting, reporting and ad hoc assignments as required.
