Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Layout Engineer to optimize production equipment layouts, maintain ramp-plan documentation, and coordinate tool installations with Facilities and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Optimize production equipment layouts to improve material flow and factory output.

• Perform onsite assessments with Facilities and tool owners to validate layout feasibility.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities to communicate changes and resolve constraints.
• Develop understanding of factory design, cleanroom protocols, and process areas for layout planning.
• Plan and manage tools movement and deployment within ramp plans.
• Participate in scenario studies and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
