Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Access Administration Professional on a 2-year contract to manage user access provisioning, amendments, removals, and periodic reviews.

You will coordinate with Heads of Division and system owners, provide user support, and ensure access governance across applications. The role suits candidates with ID admin or helpdesk backgrounds and a commitment to accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred; NITEC acceptable as minimum qualification.
• At least 1 year of ID Admin experience, preferably with stable tenure.
• Experience in contact center, helpdesk, or customer service is an advantage.
• Candidates from helpdesk or customer service backgrounds willing to take up Access Administration Management roles will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Grant and revoke user access rights following approved requests
• Process account request forms ensuring all information is accurate and approvals from Head of Division and system owner are obtained
• Implement approved access requests and verify completion
• Notify requestors and file evidence upon request completion
• Initiate and coordinate periodic access reviews
• Retrieve access request lists and monthly leaver lists from systems and FM
• Conduct first-level checks to identify unnecessary accounts
• Send reminders to users inactive for more than 60 days to access systems
• Perform sanity checks and generate access review lists by division
• Distribute review requests to divisions and ensure results are returned with HOD approval
• File evidence in central repository after review completion
• Follow up on review outcomes, including requesting new account forms if needed
• Ensure all approved requests are implemented according to SOP and within timelines
• Communicate with users via email or calls to guide them through correct access request processes
• Address queries and provide clear guidance on access-related matters
