Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team, delivering round-the-clock care to critically ill patients in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds SNB registration, a Diploma in Nursing, at least 3 years of ICU experience, and may have an Advanced Nursing Diploma in Critical Care Nursing. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to ongoing clinical training and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in ICU/critical care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients, including monitoring and interventions.
• Operate and manage ICU equipment, monitor and document patient status, escalate changes when needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Support quality and professional development initiatives, including patient/family education and clinical training.
