Key Responsibilities:
ICT Support:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day ICT services and support project implementations.
  • Collaborate on vendor management and contract management for ICT projects initiated by the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to ICT policies, guidelines, and standards.
  • Update and manage the school website (WordPress or equivalent CMS).
  • Conduct preliminary checks and documentation for evaluating ICT devices, applications, and services, including requesting quotations.
  • Gather ICT needs from school staff and propose solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the school’s ICT Asset Management and equipment loan processes.
  • Prepare ITQ specifications and required documentation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with devices (e.g., PCs, printers, network connections) and provide solutions if needed.
  • Support the ICT department with operational processes and documentation.
ICT Training:
  • Conduct Just-In-Time (JIT) ICT training and workshops for staff and students as required.
  • Develop and prepare training materials and multimedia content for ICT lessons.
  • Integrate Digital Literacy into the curriculum design for students.
  • Organize ICT training and awareness sessions for staff on ICT implementations and best practices.
  • Explore and implement new technology tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
AV and Other Duties:
  • Oversee daily AV setup and support during school events, including sound system management.
  • Provide AV project support, including vendor management and contract management.
  • Capture photos and videos during school events and activities, and assist with video production and live streaming of major events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as an ICT Executive and/or ICT Trainer in a primary/secondary/junior college school environment.
  • Experience in managing ICT projects, including working with teachers to develop learning materials or trails.
  • Competence in managing and updating school websites (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience in handling AV sound systems for school events.
  • Proven ability to develop and conduct ICT training and lessons for students and staff.
  • Familiarity with ICT asset inventory management and administrative work related to the ICT department.
  • Strong IT and technical knowledge, with a background in the IT field preferred.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (iOS/Mac environment) and live streaming for events.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage schedules effectively.
  • Good planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to physically handle and set up IT equipment for events and daily operations.
