ICT Specialist (Healthcare | Harbourfront)
- Gather requirements, design, test, and deploy ICT solutions and technologies.
- Lead IT project scoping, solution presentation, and implementation.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure solutions align with existing infrastructure, including network, hardware, software, and security.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Support sales and commercial teams in RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions for IT-related projects.
- Work with product and sales teams to manage project timelines, objectives, budgets, and hands‑on implementation of ICT solutions.
- Liaise with solution business units in the USA and Japan on enterprise and IT solution matters.
- Deliver training to channel partners on enterprise and ICT solutions, including Patient Monitoring, Cardiology, and Neurology products.

Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare informatics or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics.
- At least 3 years of experience in configuring, integrating, and implementing solutions with EMR systems and medical device integration.
- Proficiency in HL7, DICOM, XML, and EMR integration and mapping.
- Strong knowledge of server, virtual machine, network, and cloud solution configurations.
- Familiarity with IT processes including security, hardening, and patch management.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and assess solutions to issues.
- Experience with database environments, system backup, and recovery is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of clinical workflows and operations is an added advantage.
