Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a professional to manage healthcare IT solutions in Singapore. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, leading IT projects, and providing support. The ideal candidate has a degree in Health Informatics or related fields and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Gathering of requirements, design, testing and deployment of Company's ICT solution and technologies.
  • Project ownership and take lead in IT related projects scoping, solution presentation and implementation.
  • Interact with customer IT departments and technical staff to describe how Company's IT solutions will fit within the customer IT environment e.g. network diagrams, hardware and software specifications, IT security, etc.
  • Provide post implementation service support to customer.
  • Support commercial / sales team to participate in RFP/ tender/ proposals for all IT related Project.
  • Works with Product/Sales team to drive the success of targeted customer project implementation including but not limited to setting project timelines, objectives & budgets and hands-on implementation, pertaining to ICT solution.
  • Communicate with solution BU (Based Overseas) for all enterprise and IT solution related matters.
  • Provide training to Company's channel partners on Company's enterprise /ICT solutions, across portfolio including for Patient Monitoring, Cardiology and Neurology products.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in health informatics, IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or medical device integration.
  • Exposure to implementing or supporting interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM) between medical devices, EMR/EHR systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work with clinicians and translate workflow requirements into basic system specifications.
  • Experience with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, MLLP,DICOM integration and mapping.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases; scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java) are a plus.
  • Good understanding of clinical workflow and operations will be an added advantage.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong relationships with customers, potential or existing business partners.
  • Good presentation & communication skills.
