Information Security Solution Specialist (Security Tool Evaluation, Deployment & Enterprise Rollout)

Job Overview

• Evaluate, deploy, and roll out IT services and software for cybersecurity measures across the organization
• Support project handling during security incidents
• Plan, design, and implement security solutions and tools; establish operational rules
• Manage operational quality and conduct functional evaluations (including operational improvement and corrective action planning)
• Coordinate across departments and drive enterprise-wide deployment projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Japanese (business) and English (business) to communicate with HQ in Japan
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network, cloud, servers, etc.) design, deployment, and validation
• Experience planning and deploying cybersecurity platforms
• Experience evaluating and implementing security solutions and IT products
• 3+ years of application development or operations experience
• Hands‑on experience with security incident response and project management (issue identification, action planning, progress tracking, etc.)
• Knowledge and operational experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS cloud services
• Experience coordinating across departments and driving projects in large organizations
• Information security certifications (AWS certifications, CISSP, CISM, Registered Information Security Specialist, etc.)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience researching and implementing emerging technologies (AI, Zero Trust, IoT, etc.)
• Experience developing and improving security operational rules
• Experience developing internal policies and guidelines
• Work experience in the IT industry (SI vendors, technology vendors, etc.)
