Overview
The ICT Resilience Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring network integrity, cyber resilience, and compliance across complex enterprise environments. This position requires advanced expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto network and security technologies, with a focus on building robust, high-performing, and secure infrastructures that align with organizational and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, monitor, and fortify ICT infrastructure, while driving proactive risk mitigation and operational resilience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to gather network requirements and ensure effective end-to-end integration of network infrastructure.
- Provide full lifecycle support and administration for Cisco routers, switches, and related devices across large-scale projects.
- Implement, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade network solutions with high availability, performance, and security.
- Conduct detailed network assessments to identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, cybersecurity standards, and organizational policies.
- Manage and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) appliances, enabling Network Access Control (NAC) functionalities on LAN environments.
- Maintain strong collaboration with design, construction, and IT teams to align connectivity and infrastructure planning.
- Conduct multi-layered cyber risk assessments supporting regulatory, client, and internal resilience objectives.
- Design, implement, and track comprehensive mitigation and remediation plans, including exception management.
- Enhance infrastructure resilience by embedding continuous monitoring and response mechanisms across networks and applications.
- Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and governance standards.
- Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting for Layer 2/3 networking, including VLANs, VTP, STP/RSTP, EtherChannels, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, Policy Routing), and multicast.
- Deliver proactive monitoring, reporting, and optimization of network performance.
- Undertake additional responsibilities or project support tasks as assigned.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in network engineering, security architecture, or cyber resilience roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and protocols (OSPF, BGP, Policy Routing, IP Multicast).
- Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching/routing, LAN/WAN design, and network optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Cisco ISE, NAC, and enterprise-grade security platforms.
- Deep familiarity with resilience frameworks, risk management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance reporting.
