Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (ICT) to lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large ICT projects. You will coordinate between business, technical, and operations teams to ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

The role emphasizes planning, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across multinational environments to drive successful outcomes. Collaboration with PMO governance and pre-sales support is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated ICT project management experience.
• Proven success delivering medium-to-large ICT projects from inception to completion.
• Experience navigating large matrix organizations or multinational environments preferred.
• Experience delivering technology solutions across Government, Healthcare, Education, FS, Hospitality/MICE, or Commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle management of high-value ICT initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and standards.
• Actively plan, track and report scope, timelines, financials, milestones and KPIs.
• Maintain an organized, proactive delivery mindset while managing multiple projects under pressure.
• Represent the project to clients and partners with transparent status updates and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Align cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and minimize project risks and failure.
