Job summary

Smitech Engineering Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated Project Engineer to lead IBMS integration, testing, and commissioning across East Singapore public infra projects. You will coordinate with LTA, statutory boards, main contractors, and vendors to ensure on-site execution and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, with 3–5 years of hands-on project experience in Singapore.

Qualifications

• IBMS deployment experience or familiarity with BMS/SCADA.
• Experience liaising with government agencies, main contractors, and vendors.
• Strong site troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary site technical contact for client representatives and contractors.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, OEMs and sub-contractors to ensure compliance and progress.
• Oversee on-site IBMS, PLC/SCADA installation and FAT/SAT/SIT/T&C activities.
• Prepare site documentation, RFIs, method statements, and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate site records and handover documentation.
