Role : IBM Workload Scheduler/IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler

Responsibilities:

• 2-3 years of experience in set up job flow in IBM Workload Scheduler/IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows)
• Check daily jobs scheduled and liaise with vendors on incidents and problems related
• Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with business units on authorized adhoc requests
• Assist in troubleshooting problems upon escalation
• Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients
• Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues
