Job summary

ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD. is seeking an experienced IAM engineer to own and extend our identity infrastructure across Mainframe, Cloud, and Enterprise platforms.

You’ll design, support, and automate identity solutions for the business in a hands-on role that spans multiple environments. You will provide L2/L3 IAM support, drive integrations, implement upgrades and enhancements, and build secure CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and compliant access for users and applications within the

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in IT Support, Infrastructure, and/or IAM Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business teams.
• Core IAM Skills - Mainframe IAM: ACF2, RACF, z/OS; Enterprise IAM: AD/Azure Entra, Oracle IAM, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, PAM.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for IAM across IT infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Lead integrations with Mainframe, Web Services, and Enterprise apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure deployments.
• Translate requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions.

Job:

• Own the technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Identity and Access Management infrastructure.
• Be the go-to person for securing access, integrating systems, and keeping our environment performant and compliant.
• This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across Mainframe, Cloud, and Enterprise platforms to design, support, and automate identity solutions for the business.

Role:

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for IT infrastructure with focus on IAM systems
• Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution
• Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Lead integrations with Mainframe, Web Services, and Enterprise apps

• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in IT Support, Infrastructure, and/or IAM Engineering.

• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business teams.
• Core IAM Skills - Any of the following: Mainframe IAM: ACF2, RACF, z/OS
• Enterprise IAM: Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra, Oracle IAM, Oracle WSM, SailPoint IIQ / ISC, Privileged Access Management
• Governance: Identity Governance & Administration tools.
• Integration & DevOps Skills - Any of the following:
• Integration with Mainframe Systems, Web Service Development
• CI/CD: Git, Build Pipelines, Binary Repos, Release Management
• Security Testing: SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis
• Scripting: Bash/Shell, PowerShell, Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, HTML
• Platforms & Tech - OS: Windows Server, Red Hat Linux
• Cloud: AWS, Azure
• App Platforms: .NET, IIS, J2EE, Apache HTTP, WebLogic
