Job summary

DBS Bank, through Group Technology, seeks an IAM and Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust identity and access management and cybersecurity controls across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role blends IAM engineering with full-stack development using .NET/C# and Angular to build self-service portals, admin dashboards, and security apps, while collaborating with IT, business, and security teams to strengthen cyber defences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IAM design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, least privilege, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular Material.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/.NET.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, RBAC, and integration with diverse environments (cloud/on premises).
• Develop Angular-based self-service IAM applications, implement secure authentication/authorization, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents.
• Design, develop, and maintain web-based IAM and security applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular Material.
• Build responsive UIs, integrate with RESTful APIs, develop dashboards, and ensure secure coding practices.
