Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an IAM specialist to manage user access lifecycles, provisioning and de-provisioning across systems in a Singapore-based environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD, IAM lifecycle concepts, ITSM tooling, and scripting with ServiceNow, PowerShell or Python to automate access workflows. Join a family-friendly team near public transport with good bonuses.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of IAM or IT operations experience.
• Experience with IAM technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of IAM lifecycle and access control principles.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and scripting, such as ServiceNow, PowerShell, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning across systems.
• Handle IAM service requests and incidents, working with IT and business teams to resolve access issues.
• Support access reviews and certification campaigns to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Maintain IAM documentation and audit reports aligned with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and guidelines from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
