Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) in Singapore is seeking a hands-on lead for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems in a new 300mm fab. You will drive conceptual design, draft RFPs, and supervise design progress across I&C contractors to keep construction and commissioning on schedule.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, hands-on I&C experience in a large fab, and strong teamwork across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Experience with I&C systems in a 300mm fab facility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
• A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and RFP preparation for the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems in a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant.
• Supervise and track the design progress of I&C contractors and design consultants.
• Manage on-site construction schedules and oversee the commissioning of the I&C package.
• Familiar with Emerson DCS system is preference
